Before You Begin...
Please don’t feel pressure to race through the material. This isn’t a program about perfection. It’s a program about understanding yourself. Some people move through the course quickly. Others take their time and revisit lessons multiple times. Both approaches are perfectly okay. The goal isn’t to finish as fast as possible. The goal is to build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and with yourself.
